It’s only 8:03 in the morning and I have recieved a “Ding” already.  I guess it’s going to be a doozy of a day. Terrorist Attack in Bet Shemesh. Eyes in the Back of My Head

Before we moved to the Kibbutz, we lived in Baka, Jerusalem for eight years. Living in Baka was beautiful.  We had wonderful friends.  We could walk to the Kotel.  We were close to Emek Refaim and the German colony. A 10 minute drive to Ben Yehudah and the center of town. Most of the time it was a wonderful existence and we lived in peace with our neighbors. And as you heard me repeatedly say, I really love living in Israel. We have been here for 32 years. I love this country as much, if not more, since the day we walked off the plane. But we had our moments. We lived in Baka during the first Intafada. Through a terror attack just down the street. Erev Shabbat Berieshit – 5776 This is what it’s been like the last few days. As the day progresses there are more dings on the phone.  Last year we had “Booms”. This year we have “Dings”. “Dings” on the phone mean that every time my phone beeps or dings I look at it and chances are it’s another Piguah – Terrorist Attack. I reported on Wednesday we had 145.
