Yom HaAtzmaut – 5776 – 2016

We started off Yom HaAtzmaut with a picture of Elyashiv, our youngest Jew in the family. A composite made by his mom and sent on the family Whatsapp. After a festive Mariv – מעריב – evening prayer, we enjoyed a Yom HaAtzmaut presentation. Here’s a birdseye view, filmed by Yedidya’s & Roi’s new “toy”, a professional drone. They are putting together a film for Sa’ad 70th birthday. They film professionally. This film hasn’t been professionally edited yet, nor has music been added. https://youtu.be/utb8UDzNQlw It was a very special Yom HaAtzmaut!             Share this:TweetMoreEmailPocketShare on...

Efriam planted a tree exactly where the kassam fell. He said, “Where a kassam fell, a falafel stand has grown.” Sounds better...

Pizza Hut

Did I mention that I love living in Israel? Only a million times! Last night we went to the new mall in Sderot. We tried out the new Pizza Hut. Of course it was delicious. So here’s why I love living in Israel. The Bracha on the  wall. 32 years  here and I still find things that make  feel glad I made  Aliya. Shabbat Shalom Share this:TweetMoreEmailPocketShare on...
