The radio played sad songs and the Nation mourned the 4 victims, who’s lives were snuffed out in an instant. As I posted the last post. I came across the above post on Facebook. Shavuot – 5776 – A Burst of Color

As you know I am  an artist. I love to splash color on paper. But lately G-d and I have been working together in the garden. I plant, He nurtures and splashes color. It’s really a very delightful partnership. Notice the last and best flower. He is not growing in my garden. He is growing in Shalva’s and Chanan’s garden. Shalva painted this beautiful flower on her phone app. Elyashiv, our newest Jew, enjoying his first Shavuot. One of my fond memories of Shavuot is my father decorating the house with flowers and greens. We carry on the same tradition. Shavuot is Chag Habikurim – חג הביקורים – Festival of the First Fruits.
